The data we ask for

Under the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data), Usa Garaj (usa-garaj.ro) is obliged to administer the personal data you provide to us securely and only for the purposes specified.

The Usa Garaj site (usa-garaj.ro) is operated by ABBA CONFORT DELIVERY SRL, with its registered office at Strada Radu de la Afumați 17, Sc G, 130150 Târgoviște, entered in the Trade Register under number J2024000637154.

Usi Garaj Online (usa-garaj.ro) is a Controller of the personal data that you (the data subject) send us.

Why we need the data

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the Services, for the following purposes:

• To process the order and supply the products and services requested;
• To evaluate the products and services we supply to you;
• To give you access to the site’s features as a registered user;
• To administer the site
• To analyse and improve the site, our commercial offering and the advertising we run;

Your personal data is processed at the company’s registered office. Your data is hosted and stored on Romanian territory.

Information requested for online payments falls under the terms of use of the payment processors, and Usi Garaj Online (usa-garaj.ro) will not request or store any detail relating to your card.

How long we keep the data

By sending a request to Usi Garaj Online (usa-garaj.ro) by e-mail at office@abbaconfort.ro, or using the options available in your user account on the site, you can ask us to close your user account and to delete or anonymise your data.

Any personal data we hold for marketing purposes will be kept until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive such communications.

What your rights are
