Payment methods

The order is completed here, on the site. Add the products to the cart, fill in the delivery details and choose one of the methods below. The prices shown are the final ones, in lei.

Available methods

• Cash on delivery — Pay the courier in cash on delivery. Available for every product in the catalogue.

Card payment

Online card payment is not yet active in the shop. Until it is, orders are paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer. If anything is unclear you can call us on 0731 366 613.

Invoicing

We issue a tax invoice for every order, sent by e-mail. Companies can request a proforma invoice before payment, at comenzi@abbaconfort.ro.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. Amounts are refunded within 14 days at most of the date we were informed of the decision to withdraw. The full conditions are in the Terms and conditions and at Transaction cancelled.

For complaints you may use ANPC and the European platform SOL.
